Ordered a half pound box of random superhots for practice as I am a new chilihead. Peppers arrived fresh in a tight box chock full. Beautiful assortment of chiles with a nice variety. I ate a brown pepper that tasted sooo sweet and smoky until the heat kept rising. This one put me curled up on the couch, shirt off, fan on repeating "oh my god" for 20 minutes. Wife was not happy. HSF replied quickly to my inquiry about said pepper. Great product, great service! Keep the heat growing!
The peppers were so big! Great variety and size. 12g was common. The only issue was there were so many squished into the box that two peach peppers were mushy. But there were more than enough remaining. Great purchase decision once again.
Every year I make a spicy chili for the fall kickoff. I usually have friends who grow superhots but for some reason they didn't have any this year. I found Harmony Springs Farm online and decided to give them a try. They didn't disappoint! I used 2 Carolina Reaper, 2 Trinidad Scorpion, 2 Peach Ghost Scorpion peppers in it, and the flavor and heat didn't let me down. So good. Will definitely order from them again.
The box was packed full of a variety of super hot, fresh peppers! I've already chopped them up and they're fermenting for a batch of hot sauce. Looking forward to sharing the spice with family and friends when it's finished.
Ordered the 1/2 lb variety small batch box. Turns out 1/2 lb is way more than I imagined. Great mix of Ghost, reapers, bhutlahs and other super hots. Incredibly fresh and clean. Will certainly order again.
