Fresh Peppers

Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns on peppers.

If your peppers arrive damaged or spoiled, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 48 hours of Refund Notification review.

Non-Perishable Items

Items such as pepper seeds, apparel, and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
