Returns & Refunds Policy – Harmony Springs Farm

We want you to be happy with your order from Harmony Springs Farm and harmonypeppers.com. If there’s a problem, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

Notification Window

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any problem with your order.​

​

Fresh Peppers

  • Due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns on peppers.

  • If your peppers arrive damaged or spoiled, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will issue a refund or send a replacement within 48 hours of Refund Notification  review.

Non-Perishable Items

  • Items such as pepper seeds, apparel, and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Email us at harrpeppers@gmail.com.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

    • A description of the problem

  3. We will reply with confirmation and instructions.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 48 hours of refund notification.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-perishable items unless the product was defective or incorrect.
