Meet the Farmers Behind the Farm
Who We Are
We're Gene and Jennifer Chumley, the husband-and-wife team behind Harmony Springs Farm in Blountville, Tennessee. In 2021, we traded subdivision life for the Appalachian foothills and built a small farm dedicated to growing some of the hottest peppers in the world. Today we also grow basket willow, hand-cutting dormant cuttings for weavers, gardeners and landscapers from our own labeled beds.
How We Serve Our Customers
Every pepper, seed, powder and willow cutting we sell comes straight from our fields. We don't resell, repackage or outsource. And we follow the same written procedures on every order, so you get exactly what you ordered:

Labeled from the field: every variety is mapped and labeled where it grows, so the pepper or cutting named on your box is the one inside it.

Checked at packing: every order is picked, checked against what you ordered, packed and shipped the same day.

Grown to full harvest: every plant is grown through a full harvest, so we know it's healthy and productive before we sell its peppers or seeds.

Dormant cuttings hand-cut from our own coppiced willow beds, for basket weaving, living fences and landscaping.
