Meet the Farmers Behind the Heat
Who We Are
We’re Gene and Jennifer Chumley — the husband-and-wife team behind Harmony Springs Farm in Blountville, Tennessee. In 2021, we traded subdivision life for the Appalachian foothills and built a small farm dedicated to growing some of the hottest peppers in the world.

How We Serve Our Customers
At Harmony Springs Farm, every pepper, seed, and powder comes straight from our fields. We don’t resell, repackage, or outsource. Customers choose us because they want reliable heat, clean ingredients, and farm-grown quality they can trust in their kitchens and gardens.

What We Offer

Fresh superhot peppers for cooking, fermenting, and homemade hot sauces
-
Farm-proven pepper seeds for growers who want genetics that actually perform
-

Fresh pods: cooking, fermenting, hot sauce making, recipe heat-ups
-
Seeds: starting personal pepper gardens from trusted genetics
-
Powders: adding heat to rubs, soups, marinades, jerky seasonings, and spice mixes

Why People Trust Us
When you buy from Harmony Springs, you’re not dealing with a corporation — you’re dealing with Gene in his floppy hat and Jennifer in her overalls. We grow every plant by hand, harvest every pod ourselves, and only sell what meets our standards.
If it’s not good enough for our fields, it’s not good enough to sell.
