We hand-harvest every pod at peak ripeness, slow-smoke them over wood, and grind them in small batches here at Harmony Springs Farm in Blountville, Tennessee. The smoke rounds out the fruit and gives this powder a deep, savory edge before the heat lands.

About the heat: no lab has ever published an HPLC test for RB003, so every number you'll see is an estimate. Our label lists a conservative figure. Grower consensus, and our own experience in the high tunnel, puts RB003 in the 1.5 to 2 million+ SHU range, right alongside our top-end Reapers. Treat it with respect: start with a pinch.
