The Giant White Scorpion is a showstopper in our Tennessee high tunnels. It's the largest superhot pod we grow. It’s a cream-white scorpion pepper, and its pods grow noticeably larger than standard scorpions. It has the sharp, stinging scorpion burn and a bright, citrus-forward flavor. It’s perfect for pale superhot sauces.
