Stop Settling for Whatever Peppers Are Left ( Notify When Available)

How Harmony Springs Gets You the Exact Superhot Harvest You Need

You've got jars ready. Vinegar measured. Your recipe calls for Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion because that's what works. You go to order and it's out of stock. Again.

So you buy whatever's available and hope it ferments close enough to what you had in mind. We've been there. It's frustrating as hell.

Here's why availability is so unpredictable: Harmony Springs isn't a warehouse. We don't keep bulk bags of peppers sitting around for months. Every order ships the same day we harvest. If the pods aren't ready on the vine, they're not in stock. That's the tradeoff for getting the freshest peppers available shipped nationwide.

The harvest window is narrow, and if you're not watching the shop at the right moment, you miss it. That's the problem we just solved.

The Notify When Available Button: Your Direct Line to the Harvest

We added a "Notify When Available" button to every pepper variety in the shop. It works exactly how it sounds:

Find the pepper you need. If it's out of stock, click the button. Enter your email. That's it.

The second we harvest that variety, you get an email. Not the next day. Not when we remember. Immediately.

No obligation to buy. You're just first in line when the harvest comes in. And because we ship same-day, those peppers can be fermenting in your jars before the weekend.

Why This Matters More Than You'd Think

Peak freshness in superhot peppers isn't just marketing talk. The capsaicin oils break down fast once the pod is picked. When you're buying peppers that sat in a distributor's warehouse for two weeks, you're already behind. With same-day harvest and shipping, you're getting pods at their absolute strongest.

We also supply large commercial buyers who order by the pound. When we have an unexpected heavy harvest of Primotalii or Death by Chocolate (DBC), those bulk orders get filled first. The notification system is the only way small-batch sauce makers can get access to what's left before it's gone.

And timing matters. If you know exactly when your peppers ship, you can prep your fermentation setup in advance instead of scrambling or letting fresh pods sit around losing potency.

How It Actually Works on the Ground

Harmony Springs doesn't run on a corporate harvest calendar. We harvest based on what the soil and weather give us. Some weeks we're swimming in Carolina Reapers. Other weeks it's all Chocolate Bhutlahs. You can't predict it, which means you can't plan around it—unless you're plugged into the system.

Here's what happens when you use the notification feature:

You tell us what variety you want. We harvest it. The system alerts you within minutes. You order while the peppers are literally being packed. Your box ships that afternoon.

It's the closest you can get to picking your own peppers without driving to the farm.

Stop Checking Back Every Day

Go to the shop right now. Find the pepper your recipe actually calls for. If it's out of stock, hit "Notify When Available." When the harvest comes in, you'll know about it before anyone else.

That's it. No more settling. No more hoping a substitute will work. Just the exact superhot pepper you need, picked and shipped the same day, straight from Harmony Springs to your door.
